Accredited Customer Service Representative Designation
Earning the Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation clearly conveys your commitment to excellence in customer service and professionalism. Plus, the ACSR designation distinguishes you as being prepared to meet the complex insurance challenges your clients face.
The Accredited Customer Service Representative (ACSR) designation consists of the following tracks:
  • Personal Lines
  • Commercial Lines
  • Life/Health
and to complete each designation students must complete two core modules and one ethics module, which is provided at no charge.
