In August, Big "I" Markets affluent program partner Chubb announced the expansion of its Wildfire Defense Services, which combined the programs of Fireman's Fund, ACE and Chubb.
For Platinum policyholders, all areas of Texas are now eligible, and legacy ACE and Fireman's Fund policyholders are now eligible in North Dakota and South Dakota. Review additional information about Wildfire Defense Services online.
But this expansion was just one of many exciting changes happening at Chubb since the merger with ACE and Fireman's Fund. Earlier this year, Chubb announced a new H2O Damage Defense service and partnership with ADT, which Big "I" Markets touched on in the Two for Tuesday e-newsletter a few weeks ago.
Check out a few more upcoming improvements to Chubb's high net-worth homeowners program:
Completion of the Fireman's Fund conversion: Most of the conversion will wrap up by year-end. A small percentage of policies remain in force as a result of withdrawal requirements.
Rebranded policy paper: Chubb will soon introduce rebranded Platinum Portfolio and Masterpiece policy paper, reflecting the new Chubb name and brand identity.
New bill format for Masterpiece policyholders: Chubb plans to enhance the content and format of its bill for Masterpiece and other legacy Chubb customers. The revised bill will make it easier for clients to understand their billing statement, identify coverage related to the bill and choose from a variety of convenient payment options.
The Chubb Masterpiece program is available to registered Big "I" Markets members in HI, KY, MA, NC, SC and VA. Auto coverage, however, is placed in the legacy ACE system to secure pricing. Additionally, New Jersey auto and North Carolina home business is written in the Chubb non-Masterpiece environment.
