| This Fall Big "I" released "Why do independent agents turn to the Big "I"?" and the video hit social media by storm reaching more than 20,000 potential viewers on Facebook and YouTube alone. Carriers, vendors, state associations and industry leaders wanted to be part of the buzz. The video, which features Big "I" president & CEO Bob Rusbuldt, was promoted in direct emails, social media, blogs and aired at industry conferences.
