This year's event will take place April 18-20 in at the Grand Hyatt Washington, D.C. The event kicks off on Wednesday with a young agents and InsurPac luncheon, a welcome reception and a young agent's hospitality suite. Before heading to Capitol Hill on Thursday, attendees will hear from two legislators who will share their perspective on the state of the nation and insurance industry issues during the Legislative Breakfast.
After a day on the Hill, attendees will wind down and help support the industry at YAC Gives Back: A Benefit for InVEST Scholarships. This event raises funds for InVEST students who want to pursue a career in insurance. Learn how you can make a difference by donating to the InVEST Scholarship Fund.
On Friday morning, join us for the General Session Breakfast where Big "I" Chairman Vaughn Graham will share his perspective on the trends, opportunities and challenges facing the association and the independent agency system. Following Graham's remarks, Big "I" President & CEO Bob Rusbuldt will sit down with FOX News Channel's Bret Baier to discuss the current political landscape and how it affects issues important to independent agents and brokers. Baier is FOX News Channel's chief political anchor and anchor of “Special Report with Bret Baier," the top-rated cable news program in its timeslot and consistently one of the top five shows in cable news.
