Registrations after the cut-off date will be accepted onsite as availability allows.

Cost Per Player

Registration is limited to the first 52 players who sign up for the tournament.

Refund Policy:

Cancellations within the 5 days before the tournament will be assessed a $75.00 cancellation fee. "No shows" are not entitled to a refund. Registration cancellations and refund requests must be submitted in writing to by Friday, December 29, 2017. 

Onsite Registration:
Onsite registration will be located in the Big "I" Headquarters Office, in the Moroccan Boardroom, Ambassador Building of  The Westin Mission Hills Golf Resort & Spa.  Please see the meeting registration page for onsite registration times. Golf registration will be moved to the Pete Dye Golf Club (on property) at 11:30 a.m. the morning of the tournament.

The tournament will be held at the Pete Dye Resort Golf Course (on property). Each player is responsible for getting to/from the  course.

Acceptable Attire

MEN - Collared Shirts and sleeves; slacks or Bermuda shorts are considered appropriate attire. Tank tops, t-shirts, fishnet tops, cut-offs, sweat pants, warm up suits, blue jeans or denim shorts, tennis shorts, short shorts, or other athletic shorts are not permitted.

WOMEN - Sleevless Shirts, slacks, shorts or skirts with 4" max above the knee are considered appropriate attire. Halter tops, tee shirts, fishnet tops, bathing suits, sweat pants, warm up suits, blue jeans or denim shorts, tennis dress, athletic shorts, cut-offs or short shorts are not permitted.

SHOES - Golf shoes without metal spikes are required on the golf course. Tennis, soft sole, and field shoes are only permitted if approved by the golf shop.

Important Information:
  • Registration includes greens fees, cart, range balls, and boxed lunch with a beverage.
  • Looking to rent "Golf Clubs"? Please contact Rick Vaughn directly at or Chris Burke CBurke@troon.comTo reserve your rentals via email, provide the following information in your email communication:

    1. Email Subject Line should read: IIABA Golf Tournament
    2. Include the name of the person needing the rental (in case it differs from the person sending the email).
    3. When requesting "Golf Club" rental - identify if right-handed or left handed clubs are desired and note if for a man or woman. 

    NOTE: The deadline to reserve "Golf Club" rentals is Friday, January 5, 2018.
    • Callaway club rentals are $65 per set.

    • "Golf Shoe" rentals NOT AVAILABLE.

  • Mulligans for InsurPac will be sold on site at the golf event and are limited to 6 per individual.
