The free training series begins Thursday, June 29 and concludes Thursday, September 14. Participants who attend all four sessions will receive a certificate of completion.

- Prepare for key discussions with company representatives.
- Understand the carrier agency appointment process.
- Learn how to best use company production records.
Yearly Planning & Agency Goal Setting
Thursday, September 14 at 1 p.m. ET
- Establish a process for setting goals.
- Build carrier loyalty.
- Use retention, rounding and referrals.
