| Trusted Choice® honors community leader through annual award.
Dan Fulwider, former government affairs coordinator and membership liaison for the Independent Insurance Agents of Iowa, inspired many with his warm, caring personality and dedication to his community. A strong supporter of the Trusted Choice® brand, Fulwider passed away on Jan. 6, 2009 at the age of 34 after a valiant battle with cancer.
In honor of Fulwider’s memory, Trusted Choice has established an annual award of $2,500 for a selected agency to donate to a charity of its choice. More information, including guidelines and an application, are available online.
The deadline for entries is March 1. Applicants may either fax the completed form and any supporting materials to (703) 683-7556, or mail the completed application and any supporting materials to:
