The first session focuses on helping you understand your agency's operating style and encourages you to take a 360-degree look at you agency. This will better position you to outline and discuss your agency's key workflows and structures.
You will then learn about the six key guiding principles across all agencies and begin a SWOT—strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats—analysis. At the end of this session, you will develop or improve your agency's value proposition.
The second session emphasizes the importance of employees. Do you have written job designs for your staff? If not, you will learn why they matter and how to create them, as well as how to establish SMART—specific, measurable, achievable, relevant, time-bound—goals. The session concludes with an emphasis on tracking and reporting important items such as source to sale, lost business and account rounding.
But wait, there's more! The third session guides you through the specific things you need to prepare before meeting with a prospective carrier partner. Finally, the fourth session wraps up the series with yearly planning and agency goal setting, emphasizing the three Rs—retention, rounding and referrals.
