| The Big “I" national Young Agents Committee (YAC) will host this year's fundraiser for InVEST® scholarships on Thursday, May 9 at 9 p.m. during next week's Big “I" Legislative Conference. Bring your backyard game to the Grand Ballroom in the Renaissance Washington, DC Downtown Hotel for YAC Gives Back: Battle of the Bags, a Benefit for InVEST Scholarships. This year's event is a cornhole tournament, with proceeds funding scholarships for students who are interested in pursuing insurance-related careers. Each team will compete for the following cash prizes: - First prize: $1,000
- Second prize: $500
- Third prize: $200
- Fourth prize: $100
The YAC will also award prizes for best team name, best cheerleaders and best dressed—and a few other surprises as we see fit! Registration for the tournament is now closed, but you're still invited to crash the party. Come mix, mingle and cheer on your friends. See you next week!
