Due to technical difficulties, the Big “I" Virtual University's Ask an Expert service is experiencing sporadic service interruptions. Over the last couple weeks, members who have posted questions to the service reached out to tell us they never received answers to their questions, even though the answers had been posted.
We are working toward a resolution and aim to have the situation resolved by Monday, Aug. 5. We will keep you updated if this timing changes.
If you have asked a question over the last several weeks and did not receive an email notification that a response had been posted, log in to the Ask an Expert service to access your answers. If you post a question before Aug. 5 and do not receive a notification within five business days, remember to log in to check for your answers.
