The inaugural Big “I" Level Up Agent Summit took place Jan. 14-15 in New Orleans.
During the event, attendees received step-by-step guidance from global business leaders on how to build a culture of inclusion and diversity across their agencies. Opening keynote speaker, Stephanie Piimauna, executive director of diversity and inclusion for MGM Resorts International, launched the event with her keynote speech, Building a Culture of Diversity and Inclusion. Piimauna discussed how creating a culture of integrity allows for acceptance and diversity, and received a standing ovation in a packed room.

Workshops covered a variety of topics, such as attracting young and diverse talent, women's leadership strategies, kickstarting your agency perpetuation plan, gaining insights from peers on agency tech innovations, and developing multicultural networks.
