For these customers, Travelers is waiving the down payment requirement on a new auto policy. This option is available when: - The customer purchased a Travelers home policy prior to Jan. 1 and is in good standing.
- The customer's bill is paid through either electronic funds transfer (EFT) or remotely created checks (RCC).
- The auto policy is issued between April 16 and May 15.
