The Agents Council for Technology (ACT) has heard the frustration expressed by many, particularly carriers and agents, with industry use of outdated browsers. This can cause many issues, including those related to security, performance, support and system access.
To assist with understanding why outdated browsers continue to be in use, ACT has created two brief surveys, with a focus on agent and carrier concerns and requirements.
ACT needs your help! If you are an agent, please complete the very brief survey for agents.
Please consider forwarding the carrier survey onto your carrier contacts and ask them to complete the survey for their role as well.
Results will be shared with all ACT members and will help ACT determine industry actions that can be initiated to help resolve this technology challenge.
