Last week, we shared details on six of Agility’s recoveries last month. Here’s the scoop on five more.
Senior living organization in Massachusetts: A member had a power failure at 8 a.m. and didn’t expect to get it back for another 13 hours. Agility was able to deploy a 640-killowatt generator within three hours to get the facility back up and running.
Insurance firm in Florida: A member called to request implementation of a voice redirection solution due to a planned power outage that was going to occur at their facility. This was the second time the member has used Agility for voice redirection—they had a phone system failure a month prior.
Bank in New York: A member called to request a mobile branch due to planned asbestos remediation at their location. Agility provided a ReadySuite Financial bank branch to keep the member operational.
Real estate organization in Illinois: Due to an widespread illness that effected their office, a member called to request laptop computers so their employees could work from home in hopes to contain the illness and minimize its impact. Agility shipped laptops for arrival the following morning.
Media investment firm in New York: A member called to request laptops in anticipation of a railroad strike that would prevent their staff from reaching the office. Agility shipped laptops to the member’s location in advance of the strike.
Agility is also supporting two long-term recoveries: one for technology over four months, and one for two double-wide mobile office units, now in its second year.
