Learn How to Engage a More Diverse Workforce

During this week's 2014 Fall Leadership Conference in Grand Rapids, Michigan, the Big “I” will hold a special diversity session on Friday, Sept. 12 at 9 a.m.-noon ET in the Ambassador Ballroom East of the Amway Grand Plaza Hotel.

 

The session will kick off at 9:10 a.m. with the “From Ties to Tattoos” keynote by Sherri Elliott-Yeary, author of “Ties to Tattoos” and a speaker, coach and trainer in the area of human resources and talent management.

 

Master of ceremonies Joe Paul, author of “Morning Cup of Joe,” founder of the Hope for Haiti Campaign, creator of the Student Leadership Boot Camp and CEO of Motiveight Corporation, will moderate the 10 a.m. multigenerational panel featuring six Big “I” independent agency owners ranging in age over four generations.

 

And at 11 a.m., Hajj Flemings, leading brand strategist and founder of the Brand Camp Conference, will keynote “Branding Yourself to Welcome the New Workforce.”
