The Big “I" Diversity Council is developing a four-part diversity and inclusion (D&I) training series exclusively for agencies and we need your help! The training series is in its final vetting stage and we are currently seeking agents to join one of our virtual focus groups.

The focus groups will hold virtual meetings on both Thursday, Jan. 27 and Feb. 3. Participants can choose from several one-hour timeslots on both days. The deadline to sign up is Thursday, Jan. 20, so sign up now.

You don't need prior knowledge or experience in D&I business practices to participate.

Training sessions include:

• What is diversity, equity and inclusion?
• The business case for diversity and inclusion.
• Understanding biases and other discounting behaviors.
• The all-inclusive agency.

The goal of this training series is to provide a foundational framework that agencies can use to become even more successful while also building a more inclusive agency presence. As a special thank you to participating agents, we will have a charity raffle in which two participants will receive $500 to donate to the nonprofit organization of their choice.
