The Agents Council for Technology's customer experience work group has released its latest resource: “7 Steps to Better Agency Tech Decisions."  

As agents struggle to decide which technologies they should adopt, this where-to-start guide takes agencies through areas to consider before making a technology buying decision.

Whether an agency is facing a decision on purchasing a new agency management system, determining what e-signature solution is best for its needs, or a host of other technology buying decisions, these seven steps help sort through the challenges. Slowing down, asking staff what is working well, talking to current tech partners and more are detailed in this commonsense approach to making those difficult and often pricy technology choices.

Of course, no one solution is right for every agency, and an individual agency's goals are paramount in evaluating what technology is needed. Agents can turn to this resource compiled from insights and ideas from ACT members to help navigate this journey.
