HR Minute: Got Productivity Paranoia?

The challenges of hybrid work and record-low unemployment numbers are forcing businesses to reevaluate their retention tools. Although 87% of employees report that they are productive at work, only 12% of leaders say they have full confidence their team is productive, according to a survey by Microsoft. 
 
What do productive employees look like? If you don't yet have an answer to this, take the time to define productivity and understand ways it can be measured.
