Big “I" Professional Liability prides itself on its robust risk management program that is designed to educate policyholders and provide key information and tools to reduce agency errors & omissions exposure.

As a service to all Big “I" members, the Big “I" Professional Liability team created the “Commercial Producer Onboarding Guide," a self-paced learning resource to assist member agencies.

The guide provides 13 prerecorded “Lightning Learning" risk management webinars. The webinars are essential tools for both new and seasoned commercial producers. The guide highlights typical commercial lines exposures that can create agency E&O claims and provides learning tools to avoid or minimize risk.

The self-paced videos last between eight minutes and 30 minutes and provide insight on understanding and placing various types of commercial coverage. Key points accompany each video, along with a link to download each webinar's slide presentation. The topics were selected based on common agency E&O claims managed by the Swiss Re claims team.

When first released, all the resources were contained within a PDF for agents to work through. Now, the videos and key takeaways have been added to the E&O Guardian webpage. Suggestions for how managers can introduce this guide to employees have also been added to the guide's landing page.
