InvestSM is launching Innovation in Action, a marketing competition for high school students to reshape the way insurance careers are perceived by young people.
This initiative, which will launch in time for Insurance Careers Month in February, highlights the exciting opportunities within the industry. Invest encourages members to invite high school students to participate in this unique opportunity.
In the competition, each team of students will create a three-to-five-minute marketing video designed to attract young talent to insurance companies and agencies. The challenge encourages innovative thinking and creativity to make insurance careers more appealing to today's generation. The top three teams will be recognized nationally and awarded cash prizes.
The competition is open to all high school students. Teams can consist of one to five students. The competition will open for submissions on Jan. 24 and the submission deadline is Feb. 28.
