The Big “I" Agents Council for Technology (ACT) has released its third letter to the industry: “Connectivity: ACT Letters to the Industry." The letter continues to unpack ACT's new four key pillars: data, connectivity, artificial intelligence (AI), and people and culture.
At the Ivans Connect conference in the fall, ACT gathered industry stakeholders—technology providers, carriers and agencies—and discussed the four key pillars that have become the foundation for ACT's initiative. Conversations centered on understanding the challenges agencies encounter and the solutions they seek in these critical areas.
ACT is publishing a series of letters incorporating the contributions from these discussions. In November, the summary letter of the discussions was featured in Independent Agent magazine. ACT's second letter to the industry, “Data: ACT Letters to the Industry," was released in January. The third letter on connectivity explores the critical role of connectivity in the industry and the need for innovative solutions to enhance it.
Spread the word, share the mission and be on the lookout for the remaining letters on AI and people and culture to be published in the coming months.
These pillars are the foundation for ACT's new work groups. Learn more about the work groups and sign up if you are interested in sharing your knowledge and expertise to support the independent agency channel.
Finally, consider joining ACT in New York City on June 4-5 at Insurtech Insights for an ACT workshop. ACT is hosting a two-hour session, “Letters to the Industry – The Next Page."
