Minimum vehicle age for eligibility is 30 years old. Chubb considers these vehicles on a monoline basis but generally does not accept newer special-interest cars. . However, the company considers newer special-interest vehicles as part of a larger account situation, provided usage and security are acceptable and it also writes the regular-use vehicles. Examples of cars not quite 30 years old that have qualified in the past include Mercedes Benz SL models from the early 1990s, Porsche 911 and 928 models, Land Rover Defender 90 and 110 models and more.
