For the third year in a row, the Big “I” Diversity Task Force received the 2016 Top 25 ERG & Diversity Council Honors Award™—the only annual national award that recognizes, honors and celebrates the outstanding contributions and achievements of employee resource groups (ERGs), business resource groups (BRGs) and diversity council groups.
“The Big ‘I’ Diversity Task Force continues to drive diversity and inclusion efforts throughout the enterprise by working their strategic plan that is delivering results and making an impact,” says Linda Stokes, president of PRISM International, Inc. and the Association of ERGs & Councils.
The Association of ERGs & Councils and PRISM International, Inc. established the ERG & Council Honors Award in 2008. This year’s recipients include the American Airlines – Diversity Advisory Council, two entries from Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Company: Association of Latinos at MassMutual and Allies (ALMMA) and Pride Business Employee Resource Group, the Coca-Cola Company Asian Business Resource Group and U.S. Bank Proud to Serve.
