Beginning March 24, all independent insurance agencies in the U.S. will be invited to participate in the 2014 Future One Agency Universe Study. Future One, a cooperative effort of the Big “I” and more than 20 leading independent agency companies, has conducted this research since 1983.
The survey asks for agency information and opinions on a wide range of topics, including revenues, staffing, mix of business, emerging marketplace trends, diversity and technology.
One of the survey’s top priorities is gathering the most accurate data possible about independent agency operations—enabling Big “I” members, our association and our company partners to benchmark their operations, develop new products and services and refine their relationships with one another. The Big “I” is serious about this priority, and we need your help to guide our efforts.
Independent market research firm Zeldis Research Associates will conduct the study to ensure the quality and confidentiality of the data. Timing is critical, so please complete the survey as soon as you receive your individualized invitation, and remember your responses are completely confidential.
After you have completed the survey, as a token of our appreciation, the Big “I” will use your password to enter your agency in a drawing for participation prizes totaling $3500: a $1,000 grand prize, two $500 second prizes, four $250 third prizes and five $100 prizes.
