Beginning on Tuesday, Sept. 1, Agency Nation and Elevate, previously part of TrustedChoice.com, have been acquired by the Big “I." In an agreement between the Big “I" and TrustedChoice.com, the Big “I" agreed to assume the trademarks for Agency Nation and Elevate. Stacie King, current digital content director of Agency Nation and a former staff member of the Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia, will continue to manage the day-to-day operations for Agency Nation. Trusted Choice® and the Big “I" communications department will oversee Agency Nation and Elevate. Agency Nation's goal is to deliver content that inspires and informs the independent insurance channel, curating original articles, podcasts, videos or other content that relates to its mission. “Agency Nation has been producing and disseminating great material and has a strong following of young insurance professionals highly involved and interested in cutting-edge industry improvements and developments," says Bob Rusbuldt, Big “I" president & CEO. “We believe the synergies between Agency Nation, Trusted Choice and the Big 'I' make this arrangement a great fit for the association. We hope and plan to continue to provide Agency Nation followers with engaging content in coming months as we evaluate how best to serve our members." While there will not be a face-to-face Elevate conference in 2021, the Big “I" is assessing Elevate options for 2022.
