Agency-Company Contract Reviews
IIABAZ Members may access a library of Agency-Company Contracts reviewed by IIABA’s Legal Department or have their current contract reviewed.
The Big I Office of General Counsel reviews agency-company contracts to ensure that they are fair and equitable to both parties. They also make recommendations for improvements to the contract language. IIABAZ Member Agents can use these reviews when negotiating a company contract. Note: Member Login required
If the company contract you need reviewed is not listed, please forward the contract to Big I’s Legal Department for review at info@iiabaz.com. Please note that this process may take a couple of weeks for the legal review.

A complimentary general guide to agency-to-company appointment contracts for IIABAZ members. The guide provides key considerations and sample language most important provisions commonly found in appointment contracts, such as ownership of expirations, data security, and post-termination rights.
