W-9 Form Requirement

To ensure travel insurance commissions are paid directly to each individual agent, International Insurance Group (IIG) requires a completed W-9 form on file with its corporate accounting office.

This form only needs to be completed and submitted once.

Please follow the steps below:

1. Visit the IRS website using the link provided to access the W-9 form
2. Download the PDF version of the form
3. Complete the form in full
4. Email the completed W-9 to help@mexicoinsuranceonline.com

Once submitted, no further action is required unless your information changes.
