Great careers within the insurance industry continue to be one of the best-kept secrets across college campuses for various reasons. InVEST, the Big "I" Diversity Council and several insurance companies from across the country have come together to attract and engage diverse collegiate talent by way of the PriSim Agency Management College Student Competition!
The Team Players
We are looking for talented students to apply for a spot on their school's all-star team for the agency management student competition!
Eligibility requirements to apply:
- You must be at least in your third year of collegiate studies.
- You must have a 3.0 or higher GPA.
- You must have a major or concentration focused on insurance, risk management, business and/or finance.
The Competition
Throughout the month of February (beginning Friday, February 1 and ending Thursday, February 28) each team will come together weekly for approximately 2 to 3 hours to manage their “virtual agency" as they compete against seven college teams from across the country. Each week, the team will also connect with their assigned insurance agency professional who will review their progression and help them further navigate the competition. Each week (four weeks in total) of the competition equates to one year.

The top three teams will win an all-expense paid trip to the Big “I” Legislative Conference in Washington D.C. May 8-10, 2019 in which they will have an opportunity to connect with executives from top insurance agencies and companies.
