Noelle Codispoti leads the strategic direction of Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS), the insurance industry's premier collegiate talent pipeline with a growing network of more than 5,000 student members and 25,000 alumni from chapters at over 85 colleges and universities throughout North America. Codispoti champions the GIS mission to promote and sustain student interest in the limitless career opportunities in insurance, and actively challenges and advances approaches and solutions to recruiting, retention, and the increasingly diversified composition and functional areas of the industry.
She currently serves as a North American Co-Chair for the Global Dive In Festival, an initiative of Inclusion@Lloyd's, and served as a city chair since 2016. She serves as a member of the Advisory Council for the Department of Risk, Insurance and Healthcare Management at Temple University, the Griffith Foundation Leadership Council, and the Insurance Industry Charitable Foundation's Philadelphia Chapter Board.
In 2013, she was recognized as a Woman to Watch by Business Insurance.
