Monica has been
with Allstate for over 5 years beginning as a commercial field sales leader
moving into the Senior Commercial Business Consultant position for the Texas
Region 3 years ago. In her current role, Monica partners with independent
agents to successfully grow their Allstate commercial books of
business. Watching agents take their success to the next level is a huge
sense of accomplishment for her and as she states, It is one of the best parts
of my career!
Prior to
joining Allstate, Monica worked as a Human Resource Business Partner for Hospital
Corporations of America (HCA). Prior to that she did healthcare and corporate recruiting. Monica
is passionate about helping people find new opportunities to thrive in.
Monica is a
native Texan, born and raised in El Paso. Her career journey has taken her
to New Jersey, New York, Indiana and now she is back home in Texas. She currently
live in Highland Village with her husband Jayton, their two rescue dogs, Penny
and Journey and a newly found homeless cat, Kitty.
