EmpowerHER is back—and it’s bolder, brighter, and more energizing than ever! Approved for 4 hours of general continuing education credit. 

This full-day event is designed for women in the Oklahoma insurance industry who are ready to grow, connect, and lead with purpose. Whether you’re just getting started, stepping into leadership, or looking to reignite your passion, EmpowerHER 2026 offers the inspiration, tools, and community to help you thrive. 

With March as Women’s History Month, we’ll celebrate not just the women who came before—but the leaders we’re becoming today. Expect a fun, casual vibe, practical takeaways, and meaningful moments you’ll carry with you long after the day ends. 

This Year’s Speaker/Topic Lineup: 

• The Girl in the Rotunda 
  BIGiOK’s own lobbyist Jami Longacre shares her story of navigating government and advocacy work in a male-dominated field. Whether through an interview or personal storytelling, this session highlights courage, influence, and persistence. 

• Meet Your Future Self 
  National speaker and MyNetwork facilitator Julie Webb delivers a fresh, innovative take on the importance of pausing to reflect on how far you’ve come.   In this session, you’ll craft a Milestone Map, celebrating both the highs and the lows of your journey. Together, we’ll honor your experiences and use them as a foundation to design a purposeful and inspiring path toward your Future Self. 

• Paths with Purpose Panel
  Three powerful women. Three very different paths. One purpose-driven panel. 
  Featuring:

Giving Back: Dress for Success 

We’re proud to continue supporting Dress for Success with a professional clothing drive throughout the month of March. Bring your donations and hear how your contributions make a real difference in the lives of women in our community.

Cancellations made 45 days or more in advance of the event date will receive 100% refund.

Cancellations made within 30-44 days of the event will receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made 8-14 days before the event will receive a 25% refund.

Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.
