Since its first release in September 1993, the research has enabled agents to understand what areas they need to focus on to achieve maximum success. Focusing on areas the agency can measure, monitor, and influence results in a greater opportunity for real change and continued success. The 2018 Study Update will be available at the end of August and is the final installment in the cycle which studies those firms that qualified as a 2016 Best Practices Agency. The Update provides critical performance benchmarks in six agency revenue categories ranging from under $1,250,000 to over $25,000,000.
