Trusted Choice Continues Focus on Supporting Agencies Digital Presence


It is important for any business to have a digital footprint, with a website being a critical element. Trusted Choice is not only the national consumer brand for Big “I" members across the country,  but also, our team has continually developed resources to support agencies' marketing. Our flagship program is the digital review, and to date the Trusted Choice team has conducted a website analysis for over 2,500 agencies. 

The digital review is a comprehensive customized report that outlines 10 important factors for an agency website in relation to SEO, mobile-friendliness, usability, technologies, backlinks, social media, local directory listings and traffic. The forty-plus page report provides actionable insights and clear recommendations for the agency to make changes to their website. It includes a key on how impactful each recommendation is and how easy or hard it is to solve for.  

To date, over 80% of the agencies that have been reviewed have implemented suggestions taken from the customized report and made impactful changes to their website. We are currently working on partnerships with carriers to bring this to even more agents, including a co-branded pilot that is in the works with Nationwide and Westfield Insurance.
