After the agent binds the policy, Coalition will email an invoice to the customer and the agent. The customer can make the payment from the link on the electronic invoice or by logging into Coalition Control™. Once the customer makes the payment, both the customer and agent will receive notification of the successful transaction. ACH will be offered to the Cyber Liability and Executive Risks customers in all states, at no fee. Credit card payments are not currently available to Executive Risks customers. Cyber Liability customers have the option to pay via credit card, subject to a fee, in all states except: Alaska, Hawaii, Idaho, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Rhode Island, & Texas.
