| The Agents Council for Technology (ACT) has heard the frustration expressed by many, particularly carriers and agents, with industry use of outdated browsers. This can cause many issues; security, performance, support, and system access difficulties – to name a few.
To assist with understanding why outdated browsers continue to be in use, ACT has created two brief surveys, with a focus on agent and carrier concerns and requirements. ACT needs your help! Please complete
