Hiscox FloodPlus Commercial. This product is now available in all states except AK, HI, and KY. With a flat deductible, this essential protection provides $2.5 million combined coverage for building, business personal property, and business income.
Additionally, new primary residential business placed through underwriters at Lloyd's London - Hiscox Syndicate and Johnson & Johnson (J&J) is now subject to the following waiting period rules: -
No waiting period applies for loan closing or map revision
in the last 60 days, going from a low- to high-risk zone. (Policy can be effective same day or later.)

7-day waiting period applies from the date a bind request is received for standard waiting period or map revision
over 60 days, going from low- to high-risk zone.
