The number one area of opportunity for improvement with Big "I" Markets as told to us by users is increasing the ease of communication with underwriters. Today we're pleased to announce the first enhancement to the email system in BIM.
Previously, any communication posted in the client's quote detail would send a generic email to the agent stating there is activity and required the agent to log in to read the message. Now the entire message text is being sent in the email notification. This feature provides a more efficient way to know what the underwriter is seeking before logging in.
This improvement is the first in a series, all working towards the entire email process occurring outside of BIM while still capturing a copy in the client's quote detail. Stay tuned for more announcements in the very near future.
