Diversity Career Fair Heads to NYC

On Saturday, May 17 in New York City, the Big “I” Diversity Task Force and InVEST® will co-host the Insurance Industry Diversity Career Fair in conjunction with the Chinese American Insurance Association (CAIA), Latin Agents & Brokers Association (LABA), National African American Insurance Association (NAIA) and Korean American Insurance & Financial Association (KAIFA).

This industry-wide event will feature an array of independent agencies and carriers representing various companies across the country. It will provide new and seasoned insurance professionals the opportunity to not only meet a diverse pool of potential employees, but also get their resume in front of top industry companies.

The event will take place at St. John’s School of Risk Management on from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. ET.

The Big “I” Diversity Task Force works to enhance industry awareness about the opportunities and benefits of embracing diverse populations in the workplace, ultimately resulting in a more profitable business model.
