• The position is hybrid (remote and on-site) in Oregon, with starting pay from $23 – $26 per hour, plus compensation plan.
• OCCU provides an additional $2 per hour for bilingual Spanish-speaking employees who pass a standardized test.
• Applicants may be considered for a senior level role based on requisite experience.

OCCU is hiring an Insurance Services Representative! The Insurance Services Representative provides high-quality asset protection for current and prospective members in the areas of personal and commercial insurance lines. They support new insurance sales and renewal activities of policyholders and have the primary role of assisting members with claim inquiries and processing. Additionally, they look for opportunities to offer other OCCU products and assist in creating greater value for members. They provide excellent member service and strive to exceed the expectations of members.

Applicants must have at least two years of customer service, analytical and problem-solving experience, along with decision-making and organizational skills. Licensure for Property and Casualty insurance in Oregon is required or must be obtained within 60 days of hire. The preferred qualifications include vendor experience and proficiency with Customer Management Systems. Qualified Spanish speaking candidates are preferred to enable us to better service our Spanish speaking members.
