Paul Martin, CPCU is an Director of Academic Content for National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research located in Austin, Texas where he works to develop, maintain, and deliver quality educational programs for the organization.  Prior to joining the National Alliance, Paul worked across the insurance industry in a wide variety of roles. 

He served as the director of education for the Independent Insurance Agents of Texas and Myron Steves, a Texas wholesaler; as vice president of sales for TrustedChoice.com, as a partner in a Mississippi independent agency Davis & Sons, as a commercial underwriter for Employers Casulty, and multi-lines adjuster in Texas

He is a graduate of Texas A&M University Mays School of Business, and completed his Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter designation in 1994.   He has devoted over 20 years to the research and development of practical educational solutions for independent insurance agents and other licensed professionals.
