Invest Partners with WebCE to Address Talent Shortage

WebCE, a trusted leader in online professional education, has announced a strategic partnership with InvestSM to become the preferred national provider of insurance pre-licensing education in high schools and community colleges. The collaboration builds on Invest’s extensive educational network, which serves students through classroom instruction and competitive business programs.
Invest students will now have access to WebCE’s complete pre-licensing library, including life and health, property & casualty, and personal lines courses. The platform features WiseBot artificial intelligence (AI), giving students real-time answers through Chat Tutor, and an Exam Readiness Score that analyzes course activity to assess preparation.
“The only sustainable solution to address the insurance industry’s looming demographic cliff is a robust pipeline of new talent,” said Tabitha Richardson, director of product and market development for financial services at WebCE. “Providing high school and community college students with the same caliber of education used by top insurance professionals ensures that the industry’s next generation is ready for the complexities of the market.”
This collaboration addresses the challenge created by the large portion of the insurance workforce approaching retirement by offering WebCE’s industry-leading pre-licensing coursework across Invest’s nationwide network of schools.
“This partnership will help us provide more students with direct access to pre-licensing education, regardless of where they live,” said Whitnee Dillard, executive director of Invest. “By removing geographic barriers, we are accelerating pathways into the insurance industry for the next generation of leaders.”
