Lisa H. Harrington, PLM, CPCU, CAM, AAM, AAI, AIAM, AIP [CAE, CRIS] Lisa is the CEO and Founder of Abiding Strategy®, a leadership consulting practice founded in 2009. After 35 years in the American Agency System, she began consulting full-time for independent businesses. Her practice focuses on all elements of business success, from start to sale. As a Coach, Consultant & Educator, her vision is to bring Joy in the Workplace as together we continue her mission to Build Better Bosses . She has two books: “Taking in Strays: Leadership Lessons from Unexpected Places” and “Abiding Strategies: Build your Best Business Foundation.” Both are available on Amazon. She values truth, friendship, service and gratefulness. As an “Army brat” she learned about patriotism, adaptability and strength. She’s certified in non-profit management and has served on many local charity boards. In January 2023, she was certified as a Parish Lay Minister (PLM) for her church.
