The Big “I” National Young Agents Committee (YAC) is excited for another year full of conversations to support the development of young agents nationwide. Through this series, emerging leaders are able to hear from industry experts, network with their peers, share ideas, discuss challenges and identify ways to support the growing industry.
While calls are hosted by the young agents for young agents, any Big “I” member is welcome to attend. State association staffers, national directors, volunteers and others are invited to join in on these conversations.
Registration is required for all calls. Each roundtable will take place at 2pm ET.

Legislative involvement plays a critical role in protecting the independent agency system. During this Young Agents Resource Roundtable, learn how advocacy impacts your business and your career. Nathan Riedel from the Government Affairs team will provide a legislative update, highlighting key issues affecting agents today. Then, Jana Foster, InsurPac Board Chair, will lead an interactive Q&A with the 2025 Political Involvement Award finalists, who will share their experiences, insights, and practical ways Young Agents can get involved and make an impact. You won’t want to miss this call, especially as we get ready for our annual Big “I” Legislative Conference!
