Each ACT Member has the ability to provide guiding input and feedback on ACT, our Work Group initiatives, and how ACT can provide value to its membership.ACT provides an excellent and equal opportunity for all technology-related stakeholders to brainstorm strategies that improve agent and carrier performance. Program work groups and meetings give participants a forum to improve the industry's workflows and use of technology. Members receive frequent reports and information to keep them up-to-date on agency and agent-carrier technology issues. ACT Members are able to attend the ACT meetings for no registration fee. ACT Meetings (also known as our ACT Tech Summit) are held two times a year; in the Feb-May, and Sep-Nov time frames. There is also frequent email and newsletter communication between ACT and its members.
