NATIONAL YAC
SUB-COMMITTEES.
Contribute directly to projects that strengthen the Young Agents network and independent agency system.
Connect & Build for the future.
The national YAC Sub-Committees engage Young Agent volunteers from across the country in shaping future YAC programs and priorities. Involvement in a sub-committee offers a meaningful opportunity to collaborate nationally and contribute directly to projects that strengthen the Young Agents network and the independent agency system.
Sub-committee members will work together to provide insight, feedback, and hands-on support for national initiatives. Participation allows volunteers the opportunity to build leadership skills, expand professional
connections, make a tangible impact on the Young Agents community, and build a talent pipeline for the future of the association.
*Please Note: Volunteers may not serve on more than one sub-committee at a time.
.

It Takes Commitment.
All sub-committee meetings are conducted virtually. Pre-meeting materials and follow-up items will all be shared via email. It is the responsibility of the sub-committee member to ensure they are reviewing content between all calls. If a sub-committee member misses more than three (3) calls, they will meet with the Young Agents Liaison to discuss service on the sub-committee.
