Jenn Urso is a certified executive coach and founder of The Leadership Project, a professional development company that helps leaders succeed in today’s professional environment. Jenn focuses on performance coaching, giving leaders tools and leadership capabilities that drive real results in today’s market.
Her approach is practical and grounded in real-world application. She brings current topics and trends from her coaching practice into the broader professional community, sharing what’s top of mind and effective for leaders today. While she works across a range of industries, Jenn’s primary focus is insurance and technology. She entered the insurance industry in 2007 and continues to support organizations and leaders across the space. A few personal shares: Jenn walked 500 miles through Spain, loves EDM music, and lives in Asheville, NC.

Taylor Hendrickson Hodges | FAIA


Taylor Hendrickson is the Young Agents Council (YAC) director at the Florida Association of Insurance Agents. She’s passionate about helping young professionals find their footing and thrive in the insurance industry. Whether she’s planning engaging events, building meaningful connections with company partners or keeping a close eye on industry trends, Taylor is all about creating opportunities for others to grow and succeed.
In 2023, Taylor was honored as the Big “I” Young Agents State Liaison of the Year. She has since joined the Big “I” national Young Agents Committee and stepped into the role of chair for the Florida Society of Association Executives (FSAE) Young and Emerging Professionals Committee.
