Choose your conference track below. You will need to log in with your Big “I” user name and password. To reset your password, click here.


Choose the event.

Please note if you are attending multiple events (FLC, CONVO or YALI) you will be able to add other registrations before checking out.

Choose who you are.

Agent Attendee, Sponsor Attendee, Board Attendee, etc.

Check the base registration (This is where the price will be displayed.)

Select each session you plan to attend. Note that time appears in the description. This is an important step, please don’t skip!  

Move on to check out.

Update your name badge information.

Answer any required questions.

Add registrations at this point if necessary. (Blue button at the top, you can choose an additional conference, so if you registered for EdConvo, you can now register for YALI.)

Go through the same process.

Once you have finalized your cart, proceed to checkout using your payment information and apply any applicable discount codes.

You will receive an email with a receipt for your registration.

Registering Additional Staff Members

Note that you can easily register additional staff members from your office by returning to the registration management page.

Adding a Guest or Spouse

If you need to register a spouse or a guest, please email meetings@iiaba.net. Agency and state association team members can be added to registration, but they need an account.

Registration cancellation and refund request must be submitted in writing to Lisa.Johnson-Briggs@iiaba.net by Friday, August 8, 2025.

There is a $75 per person administrative charges assessed by the Big “I” for cancellations/refunds. No-shows without prior notification are not entitled to a refund.
