The Big “I” Fall Leadership Conference room block is now OPEN. Reserve your hotel accommodations online at our special group rates: $289 per night for a single or double, $314 per night for a triple, and $349 a per night for a quad.

Reservations within our group room block will be handled on a space-available basis until rooms at the special rate are sold-out, or until our cut-off date of Friday, August 4, 2025, whichever comes first.

Directions:
- Exit the Main Terminal on Level 1 and turn right.
- Follow the sidewalk and pedestrian canopy to Terminal Garage 2. Overhead signs will direct you.
- The Ground Transportation Center is on Level 1.
Services:
Taxi Service is available for pick up in the South Wing Pick Up Area. Cabs to/from the airport to the hotel cost an estimated $30 to the downtown area, plus an additional passenger charge of $2 when accompanying the original passenger and proceeding to the same destination (does not include gratuity).
App-Based Ride Share vehicles (Uber/Lyft/KreweCar) is available pick up at the Ground Transportation Center, Level 1 of Terminal Garage 2. Click here for a diagram showing pick-up locations. Don’t forget to download your selected mobile app in advance.
