JD Power Carrier Satisfaction Survey Released This Week
The Big “I” and JD Power have teamed up to capture your experience with the insurers you work with and how satisfied you are with them in a number of areas. As a valued member of the Big “I” you are invited to provide feedback.

All submissions are validated, and you must participate using the email address that is on file for access to log into the Big “I”.
Please be assured that your feedback will only be used for research purposes, and no one will try and contact you as a result of completing the survey.
As a token of appreciation, those who qualify and complete the survey will receive a $25 e-gift card and a complimentary summary report of the study. The gift code is fully transferable and can be used as a gift or donation to others.
The survey is open now through July 14, 2026, and you may leave the survey and complete it at a later time by using your email address to re-enter the survey.
