Select the “Register Here” button above to begin the registration process.
Select the BLUE “Log in to Register” button and enter your login credentials. NOTE: If you’re unable to locate your record in the Community Hub, you will need to create a profile before continuing with the registration process.
Select the appropriate option from “What would you like to do?”
The options are “Register Myself” or “Register a Colleague.” NOTE: If registering a guest/spouse, select “Register a Colleague”.
Select your registration type.
Board of Dirs. & Other Cmte Mtgs., Company Partner/Sponsors, State Association Staff, Spouse/Guest, and Other Agent & Industry Professionals, etc.
Select each session you plan to attend. If the session selection does not apply, select the “2026
Big “I” Winter Meeting Base Registration” to proceed. NOTE: Your session selection is a crucial step; please don’t skip.
Update your Name Badge information. NOTE: This is a crucial step that will determine how your name badge is printed. Please don’t skip.
Answer REQUIRED registration questions.
Add additional registrations at this point if necessary. (Using the BLUE button at the top, you can choose to register for another part of the conference.) by performing the same registration steps.
Once you have finalized your cart, proceed to checkout using your payment information and apply any applicable discount codes, if applicable.
You will receive an email with your registration Order Confirmation.
Pick up your Name Badge from the Onsite Registration Check-in Desk. Registration hours and location can be found below.

Registering Additional Staff Members
Note that you can easily register additional staff members from your office by returning to the registration management page.
Adding a Guest or Spouse
If you need to register a spouse or a guest, please email meetings@iiaba.net. Agency and state association team members can be added to registration, but they need an account.
